How does it work?

1.Upload the photo and place the order.

2.After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation where you can learn about our refund policy and the shipping schedule.

2.When we receive your confirmation, we will start the design with your photo and email the design picture to you for confirmation. And if you are not happy with the design you have two free chances to revive the design.(PS:If we do not receive your confirmation for design within 48 hours, we will go to the production automatically)

3.Once we receive the confirmation order we will start making your figure, which will takes 3 days.

4.After your lovely figure is completed, we will ship it right away to you! The shipping time takes around 7 - 12 days depending on the shipping method you choose.

Revision Policy

1.Each order has 2 FREE chances to revive the design.

2.A fee of $5 will be charged for more than two revisions. 

3.If you are not satisfied with multiple revisions, please abandon the design.

The following designs will incur an additional fee of $10 due to complex processes.
