What are the shipping times and cost?

Once you approve your preview, production takes 5–6 business days.

United States : Standard Shipping : 7-12 Business Days
Express Shipping : 7-10 Calendar Days
Canada : Standard Shipping : 7-12 Business Day
United Kingdom : 5- 8 Business Day
Shipping Costs:
- We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders
- For customer in United States we also offer Express Shipping which costs $7.99
Please note: Depending on your country’s import rules, you may be responsible for duties, taxes, or tariffs when your order arrives. These charges are not included in your order total and are set by your local customs office. We recommend checking with them if you're unsure.
How will I know when my items have been shipped?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. All shipments are sent with tracked delivery through YanWenExpress, so you can follow every step of the journey.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Because these products are custom-made just for you, they can’t be returned or resold. However, we do offer a fair refund policy based on where your order is in the process:
- Cancel before design work begins: Full refund
- Cancel after design work has started (after the preview has been sent): 50% refund
- Cancel after you’ve approved the preview: No refund
You’ll receive a preview image before we build your figure, and you can make edits to ensure it looks just right before we move to production.
What if I received my order and something's wrong?
We stand by every figure we ship. If your order doesn’t match the preview you approved, or if something arrives broken or missing, we’ll make it right, fast.
Just contact us and we’ll fix it, replace it, or refund you. No hassle. No fine print. Just our promise to get it right.
How Do I Order Brick Figures?
1. Upload your photo (optional) - Click the Upload Photo button to add your image(s).
Not ready yet? Skip this step, you can send them later.
2. Add to cart & checkout - Add to cart, and complete checkout as normal.
3. Send your photo(s) if you skipped the upload - You’ll receive an order confirmation email. Simply reply to that email and attach clear photo(s) of the person and/or pet you’d like us to recreate.
4. Preview & tweaks - Within 24–48 hours of receiving your photo(s), we’ll send you a preview image.
Want changes? Just say the word, the first two edits are free until it looks just like them.
5. We build & ship - Once approved, we print, pack, and ship your order. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey home.
How Do I Submit My Photos?
You’ve got two easy options, whatever works best for you.
Option 1: Upload before adding to cart
On the product page, click the Upload Photo button and add your image(s) before adding the product to your cart.
Option 2: Send them after you order
If you’re not ready yet, go ahead and place your order.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email, simply reply to that email and attach your photo(s). No extra links or steps.
We recommend sending a clear, full-body photo of the person and/or pet you’d like us to recreate. If you have multiple photos, feel free to attach them.
If it’s easier, you can also email your photos directly to Favosycustomerservice@gmail.com (just include your order number).
Once we receive your photo(s), you’ll get a custom preview within 24–48 hours to approve or request changes before we start building.

Will I receive a preview image for my custom figures?
Yes! You’ll receive a preview image via the email used during purchase about 24-32hrs after uploading your photo(s).
This gives you a chance to review and approve the design or request changes.
Please note: Any modifications to image preview must be submitted within 48hrs of receiving preview otherwise it will be automatically approved.
Do the customized figures come assembled?
Your Brick-You figures arrive unassembled, just like a real set, because building them is part of the fun! And if you feel that is too much trouble for you , we will assemble it for you and charge a $5 fee for it.
Each set includes all your custom parts plus a personalised, step-by-step 3D instruction guide made just for your figure. You’ll find a unique QR code in your kit, simply scan it to access your instructions online and start building!
For best results, what type of photo should I use?
Clarity is key: For the best resemblance, upload clear, forward-facing photos.
For Custom Figures, a full-body image is recommended to capture clothing and posture accurately.
How long after receiving the preview image do I have to submit modifications?
You have 48 hours to review your preview image and submit any modifications. Your preview image will be automatically approved after 48hrs of you receiving the preview image. Please consolidate your feedback into one response to streamline the process. Once you approve the preview, no further changes can be made..
How easy is it to build the brick figures?
Assembly is simple! Your order includes a QR code that links to 3D, step-by-step interactive instructions, making the build process easy and enjoyable.
